Week 0 focuses on Tryouts, guiding coaches to evaluate players on key skills like communication, mechanics, and decision-making. The goal is to build a solid roster and select a dedicated in-game leader to drive team strategy.

Week 1 focuses on Practicing Effectively, teaching players how to set structured goals, develop a strong learning mindset, and provide productive feedback. Coaches help players build habits that improve both individual skill and team cohesion.

Week 2 focuses on Approaching a Map, helping teams quickly analyze new maps and develop clear, concise game plans. Players learn to identify key areas, select agent compositions, and adapt strategies effectively.

Week 3 focuses on Aim and Gun Control, emphasizing proper aiming techniques including tapping, bursting, spraying, and crosshair placement. Players work to identify and correct bad habits to improve their combat effectiveness.

Week 4 focuses on Movement and Focus, linking smart movement with aiming to increase success in gunfights. Coaches encourage patience, controlled aggression, and mental preparedness to reduce panic and improve decision-making.

Week 5 focuses on Attacking, covering a range of offensive strategies such as defaults, executes, and fakes. Teams learn to coordinate utility and roles to maximize pressure and map control during attacks.

Week 6 focuses on Defending, teaching players defensive tactics like retakes, rotations, and aggressive pokes. The goal is to build a flexible defense that reacts quickly and uses utility efficiently to counter attacks.

Week 7 focuses on Post Plant strategies, training teams to convert spike plants into round wins through communication and smart positioning. Players practice on-site, off-site, and retake plans to secure advantage after the plant.

Week 8 focuses on Micro Plans, teaching players how to quickly make effective small-scale calls with nearby teammates during fast-paced moments. Coaches encourage players to confidently create and communicate micro calls that guide both themselves and allies.

Week 9 focuses on Communication Structure, emphasizing clear, prioritized, and organized communication within the team. Players learn when and what to call, how to listen effectively, and how to maintain flow without chaos throughout the round.

Week 10 focuses on Communication Atmosphere, addressing how to maintain positive, direct communication under in-game stress. Coaches guide players on giving and receiving feedback, managing conflicts, and fostering a relaxed, enjoyable team environment.

Week 11 focuses on Taking and Holding Sites, diving deep into executing site attacks and defenses with precise communication and strategy. Teams learn to plan and react quickly on site control, including pathing, utility use, and coordinated holds.

Week 12 focuses on Strong and Weak Sides, helping players identify and adapt to map-side advantages and disadvantages. Teams develop linked playstyles and communication to adjust strategies based on side strengths in all game scopes.
